According to GNP+ it is the “only global network working with all PLHIV regardless of how they choose to organize.” As such, GNP+ describes itself as partnering with “independent and autonomous regional and national networks of PLHIV in all regions as well as networks that include PLHIV, including key population and treatment access networks.”
The focus areas of GNP+ are: promotion of access to HIV treatment, care, support and prevention; fighting stigma and discrimination against PLWHA; and promoting the greater involvement of PLWHA.
